- Lynds sage Review added: 2018.03.07★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Ordered 6 pieces of wood back in January. 1 piece was extremely bowed and unusable. They said to take the ones we had and they would deliver a replacement. Put away and waited (admittedly put to the back of my mind as didn’t assume I would need to chase them) No replacement as yet (11/5) and when I called to say that the carpenter who was going to use the wood (whilst on site) to make me a book shelf is no longer in the area so could they now plane all pieces as a good will gesture for the huge delay I have been told no, they will knock £6 off. What terrible customer service. Thanks Ian.
I will not use again or recommend and in pembrokeshire I would have thought if you want to maintain a good reputation you wouldn’t operate a business like this.
